When do I need to make a reservation?
Please contact us at your earliest convenience with all relevant details of your event, to ensure you don't miss out on your desired items. Once we confirm availability, a deposit of 40% must be paid to secure your booking. When your deposit is received, an email will confirm all details.
The remaining balance is due on collection/delivery.

Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are not refundable within a three-month cancellation from your date as items have been booked just for your event! 

Can I pick up hire items?
Of course, each collection is arranged on an individual basis. 

How long is the period of hire?
Generally items are hired for three days but we always try to be flexible to your needs.

Do you have late fees?
Yes, to avoid any late fees  all items must be returned at the agreed date and time.
1 day - 10% of order
2 days - 20% of order
3 days - 30% of order etc.

Do you have preferred vendors?
We are happy to work will all venders but can happily recommend plenty of local vendors that we love

How are marquees erected?
All marquees require stakes into the surface and can only be erected by the EM professional team

How many tables do I need?
We offer 2.4 metre rectangle tables for hire and depending on your layout design they can seat 10 people
